The driver was calling him out, but there's no proof he was illegal, there are arse hole drivers out there and more than likely he was just one of those .

Also you state not registered driver ? You only have what the other driver suspects, not any facts , and only use electronic booking systems, so that stopped all the minicabs assaults this year alone did it !!!
