Get a schedule trip 540 am. First trip of the day. I get there wait 7 minutes,no show. Call the paxhole mail box full no answer, cancel. No cancelation fee. Call support I need more info first ride,only one ****ing ride. Support I can't fine the ride. So no cancelation fee for me. What a clown show. Blood sucking mother ****er. I hope the go belly up soon.

if you screen shot request, on your way, when you get there, when the eligible for cancel shows.... youll get some money back

im sure they cant find 1% of rides times millions of rides per day means lots of embezzeling and stealing from labor

you need to screenshot everything, they cant stand actual evidence
They can bite me. I don't gaf about 5 dollars. It's just the principal. Am sure the paxhole got charge a cancelation fee,**** them all.

most of my cancel fees $20+ as they come on reserved rides a few times i get the whole $70-$90 fare

I request to be unmatched from all riders who cancel on me or on reserved rides and the last few months sometimes im credited the entire fare

eitherway with evidence ill spend the 5 seconds sending screenshot to support for 5 bucks thats my weed for the day
Uber is 'fixin' to pull out of Cali so they are gouging riders & then paying min fares to driver, $4-$6 payout's &
on the take for 40-70 percent of fare so charging about $15-$20, I had 2 rides in 2 days, one res about 5 miles total for $40 plus with tip and one $11 stick surge paid $15 & got a $20 cash tip for about 5 miles. I see rides come through over and over so I must not be the only one abstaining. The newer ants probably take every ping that comes to them but the more seasoned drivers are starting to see the writing on the wall.

standard line they use. I start with all the info they normally ask but they still need time to find it. The issue is they are probably helping 5 others at the same time because so many damn complaints come in. They pass on the message to another and another until you give up. Keep track of all of these in a spreedsheet. My goal is always to screw these companies 3x the amount they screw me. Not too hard if you know how but does include swapping out for a cash ride and make the ride minimum. I don't do that one much but it gets the 3x amount a lot faster. Ever be sent a bonus streak, you complete it and then when not paid even with a screen shot they say they can't find it? It happened to me and I made sure I got $36 back from their $12 thievery.

You took a screenshot, right? You can offer to send that to Support. Especially if you have the Trip ID on it.
