I accepted an Uber black SUV rematch at Logan yesterday... and like Lyft express match, the pickup location was the terminal A limo lot. When I arrived the two ladies were standing at the curb and we were out of Logan in minutes. The pax told me that I was their third driver, the first two each refused to come to the limo lot...
So it appears someone involved with managing the ongoing mess that is Logan has figured out that black cars pickups in the limo lot can both reduce some of the heavy traffic into the central garages rideapp locations, and provide better service to black car passengers.
Naturally there has been no procedure or regulatory notice to drivers of this change...
