Greens are required to use their meter, just like yellows.I don't know if it's a good or bad thing for greens but last night I was at a street corner waiting for the light to cross. A green cabbie pulls up convinced that I wanted a car and he just starts repeating himself: no meter! no meter! and I'm saying no. And he kept going: no meter! I had to tell him I wasn't looking for a car so he could move on. Do the green cars have to use the meter? The guy just reeked of desperation and I felt bad for him.
