You can't pass unless you have a six-pack of beer...ahahhahhha...we did that shit back in the 80s when I was stationed in the Navy in Key West. Partied on Sugar loaf bridge in the middle of the swamp...good old days. There was a small bridge where multiple parties happened.
At night no one jumped in because tons of luminescent fish eyes could be seen flowing down the canal..
