What is reasonable ?
You quantified the volume of rides you wish to attain.

2 rides per hour is a ' reasonable' average .

No,different market.

All markets are flooded due to Uber on boarding of New drivers,& seasonal slow down.

Drive around with your app. On

Observe where taxi's and other Uber drivers hang out.

Uber drivers always have phones in windshield.give themselves away from a distance.

P.s.- hand out free ride cards.
Print them on paper.
Especially where taxi's hang out.you get paid for new riders.
Bars,docters,hotels,dentists that use twilight gas,eye Dr.'S that dialate,car mechanics.
Uber is great for promoting for new drivers.
They do NOTHING to promote riders.
