I'm not sure exactly what restaurant, but I have a couple of suspects in mind, my rating went down from 95% to 89% in less than 10 days, I have 7 bad restaurant rating for professionalism etc which are just fake, someone is targeting me, I'm not sure who and why, what should I do? Is my account going to get deactivated?!

I would first try to figure out the who by calculating which restaurants you go to the most… since you believe it is one restaurant doing this to you.
It isn’t going to be one of the big ones like McDonald's, so it has to be somewhere he pissed them off but hasn’t banned him or her.

The only place I ever got a negative rating was Buffalo Wild Wings and she banned me from there on Uber and then got pissed off when I showed up for Grubhub.

I don't know how long you've been doing this, but your satisfaction rate can drop more than 1 percentage point from just one review if you don't have that many reviews to begin with. The majority of businesses and customers don't review us, so it takes a while to get 100 reviews that will constantly refresh with new ones. So it's possible that one person took you from 95% to 89% with just one review.

Can a restaurant ask Uber to ban a specific driver?!

no every bad review counts as 1%, because it pushes off 1 good review, however if I got 1 good review it also pushes off 1 good review, so it doesn't change the rating, unless it finally gets to a bad review and pushes it off, that's when the rating goes back up again

That's not correct. Assume you're brand new to delivery and you've only done 5 deliveries. And you were an ass to the restaurant staff of all of them, so all 5 gave you a thumbs down. Does it make sense to say that you would then have a 95% satisfaction rate? I'm telling you, it takes a long time to get 100 reviews because the majority just don't give them.

All I'm trying to say is that it's possible that just one person dropped you that number of points if you don't have a lot of reviews yet.

From what I understand - and I understand this from here, so if I’m wrong, blame them 😂 - if a restaurant downvotes you, they will not send you there anymore. So then this means that’s 7 different restaurants.

Don’t get upset, but did you analyze what it might be you’re doing? I know we all believe we’re doing a great job, because otherwise we’d act differently, but perhaps it’s in the perspective?

I'm as confident as I can be that my last 2 downvotes from merchants came frome 1 certain d-bag at Starbucks. Yet I still get pings from this Starbucks nearly every day. Every local driver I talk to about this has had a similar experience. My advice is to just ignore your rating completely, I only see mine when I'm curious about my acceptance or cancellation rates and my peace of mind has improved greatly.
