As a general rule I never pick up anyone with less than 4.5 as a user rating. I found that this helped bring up my rating - there is usually a good reason why they have a low rating.
Never judge a book by its cover! I picked a passenger last night with a one star rating and he was a nice fella! I wonder what would happen if a driver had a one star rating though?

make sure you wash your tooth regulary,
make sure you not fart with minimum 1 hour before picking up client

make sure you had a shower everyday before u leave your house

make sure you spend at least 20 min per day to clean your car inside.

make sure you smile when you see your client and ask him how was his day

make sure you drive smoth

make sure you get client on faster route using wase app

... and the list can continue but if u respect all those ruled your rating will go up quick without water bootles.

One of the biggest problem with the rating system I find is that the rating only counts for jobs that you have been rated for. You could do 20 trips and not be rated by anyone but then if u get 1 rating of say 3 for those 21 trips you get a rating of 3.. and like most things most people do not bother with rating and reviews if they did not have an issue so in the end you get a higher chance of lower ratings then good imo. Last week I had a job from se1 to e13, pax wanted me to go through the bw tunnel even though I usually avoid it after 4. Got to tunnel entrance to find that nb was closed because of a break down.. told me to then go through rotherhite took bloody well over an hour all together and guess what rating I got.. even though I provided the best service I could given the circumstances.

Wow 1 star that's brave - I hope you shook his hand ;-)

As drivers we will never understand the rating system , only uber does. The system is flawed and 80% of my riders everyday aren't the one who requested the ride bcuz someone else did and when I call them at pick up location all I hear is u are picking up my friend or mum, dad, son, daughter, . Now I just don't care about the ratings and all I do is try to be polite and professional
