The Age has reported that new speed cameras will be installed at two prime Melbourne locations, and will be switched on next month.

Signs warning drivers that the new cameras are coming were up yesterday at the corner of Brighton and Glen Eira roads in St Kilda East, and at the intersection of Nepean Highway and Centre Road in Brighton East.

I'd lie to know what the heck is installed in the (citybound) gutter at the lights of Nepean Highway and Centre Road in Brighton East.
