I honestly think this wasn't fair. Your input is appreciated. Story time:
I recently became homeless but thankful to have my car to sleep in. While waiting for my disability payments to start, I decided to do UberEATS delivery just to have money for gas. I only did 4 deliveries but the issue is, I didn't know how to END the deliveries. All 4 orders where 20 minutes MAX but, again, didn't know how to END or complete it. Called c.s., explained situation, told me how to END the deliveries. Now that I knew how, I was waiting for an order but they deactivated my account. I got no msgs nor warnings. Called 20+ times & crying explaining but with a cold voice, the c.s rep said "You've been warned & now you're banned!"....click! Tried to appeal the decision but nothing. That was my only source of income. I've applied to other delivery outlets but either they're not looking for someone or I'm put on a waiting list. It's been at least 2+ months & I'm still waiting.
Any advice or suggestions?
