Uber never sent a notification to consent to a background check. When I didn't reply because I didn't receive they took me offline. Been off since 7/17. I've been driving 7 years, never a problem with documentation when they send you a notice say YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO APPROVE. So I've been off 7 days and no person in the system wants to assist. Anyone know an actual phone number or person to call or advice? This is absolutely the worst thing they've done since not paying me for quarantine after I contracted COVID-19 from a rider.
