Today I was suddenly disconnected from the system because my background check is still not ready. I logged into the checkr website and it said the report was requested on February 15th. That is, Uber gives 10 days for further work, awaiting a report. And if it does not arrive within this time, the account is disabled. Contacted support - no luck. Moreover, they said that in Boston there are now some delays with the criminal reports and drivers complain.

Has anyone recently had a background check? How long did it take?

The worst thing is when you get disconnected like this unpredictably, suddenly, in the middle of a weekend quest...

Hhi, im from MA, im disconnected too, its been 3 weeks, the weird thing i just login into checker and i did not saw any uber application there, just 2 from lyft that is over pass, but i did not saw any uber, im worry everytime i called uber they said the same thing, we waiting for checker.
