Yeah, that happens. Then it comes back. Then disappears. The best is when it shows up when using a browser on a computer but not on your mobile devices. Nothing like inconsistency to make things crystal clear. :rolleyes:

As usual support is useless. "Your background check was done recently and everything is fine. Try logging out and back in and it should solve the problem".

I'll wait till they deactivate me and then go into the local office if I have to. Enough of this nonsense. Uber On.

how can Uber employ such A holes in their support? Changed vehicle and now they are asking me for background check. Been driving in TO even after July 15

yup just ignore it~ thats what the told me; that i was approved and good to go- even though the partner site asks me to upload it
