Glad my car was in the garage. Got to check the roof when it gets bright out, some serious rocks falling from the sky.

So I'm here at pep boys getting an oil change and there's a guy here whose windshield got smashed. Showed me a picture of a golfball sized piece of hail. Just talked to him and apparently he's gotta pay 2500 out of pocket. I got lucky was driving right by a shell when it started and pulled in under cover, wasn't as bad here though pretty small.
Is there any more hail hitting this week?

I just dropped my comprehensive deductible to $100 - a new windshield on my car is $400.

Hail is likely somewhere in the metro today. These thunderstorms are high intensity. Right now, radar indicates hail both northeast and southeast of the metro. There's another round of storms forecast after 9 tonight. So, yeah - some places could see hail tonight.

And I don't own a garage.
