I have been checking my fares today and it has been interesting! One had a negative service fee, another was 15% service fee, and another one was even more interesting.
I had a short ride at Disney that had a minimum fare supplement to get to the $2.41 minimum. When I checked what the rider paid and what Uber kept, Uber charged about $1.50 service fee where it should have been about half that.
Check all your fares going forward until they stabilize and we consistently get the correct service fee charges. BTW, the booking fee or whatever they call it now is $2.90 for X.
