just read an article on Google now which says uber terms and condition which a lot of us don't dedicate time to read. Basically on the rider side uber says they aren't responsible for the quality of service delivered by drivers bcuz they are IC and they are also not responsible for rider safety which means every rider is using the service at their own risk yet uber deactivate driver with low ratings despite saying they aren't responsible for quality of service. This doesn't make any sense and it clearly shows why they have been facing law suits

Sounds to me a class action by every deactivated driver could be in the works.
