How does this get around the human rights have only female drivers? If they claim safety or fear, then it is assuming all males are bad.

Federal and state and territory discrimination legislation allows for exemptions based on what are known as 'special measures' to help achieve substantive equality. Shebah has such an exemption.

Other examples are Fernwood Gyms having only women members and most Men's Sheds having only men members.
