I slammed on the brakes and almost kicked some pax out one night for rolling down a window and yelling obscenities at another driver. Told them I wasn't about to get shot in some road rage incident because of their drunken bullshit (exact words). I don't know if it was my tone but they went from drunk and rowdy to contrite and apologetic. Didn't ding my rating either.

That is a great story. I have clashes that typically don't turn out this well. For whatever reason, females seem to be able to accept some scolding and tone down their behavior. Very seldom can I read the riot act to guys and have it end well.
