Uber support continues to tell me that the business model is a seamless experience where everything is done with the tap of a button. However they state that tipping must be done in cash which is ironic. My question is since everything is supposedly done with the tap of a button, should drivers be texting with the riders rather than having an actual conversation? This would align better with Ubers overall strategy.
