Saw ARA earlier today harassing a driver parked along Airport Blvd. Had his flashers on Parked in a closed driveway.

Good. Uber drivers need to quick trying to "out smart the system "and just play fair. You either get the request or you don't, but there's no need to do all this crazy shit that's more trouble than it's worth and most of the time going to be frowned upon by the ARA. It just makes us all look bad.

What do you mean by closed driver? Was it airport property that was obviously closed or was it private property?

If it was airport property, he shouldn't be there. If it was private property, the city has no right to say whether or not he can park there. Only the owners of that property can say.

His first mistake was leaving has flashers on. Whenever/Wherever you park, just turn all lights off. Why kill your bulbs?

I don't mind he was trying to get a better spot. Don't we all do that?

Went to Hobby today and noticed a driver doing u turns and going up and down Airport under the bridge. Went to the TNC lot and when I decided to leave, he was still doing it 45 minutes later.
