What to do during accidents.

(1) DON'T PANIC!

(2) If got injury, call ambulance first (and also no more private settlement if injured)

(3) DON'T MOVE THE VEHICLE until finish taking picture. Especially if you dun have incar cam, this is your ONLY evidence to win / lose the case. Move aside if possible after photo taken.

(4) Exchange particulars. No particulars = hit and run. If want to private settle, make sure got in written form and sign by both and a witness (preferably someone else then those involved)

(5) Report case to rental comp if rented immediately.

(6) Also to the police within 24HRS.

(7) Accident claims will be processed by rental co. or your own car insurance agent.

(8) If you forget everything, just remembered point 2 and 3.

Best, avoid getting into an accident at all costs. Practice more defensive driving, that way other's mistake will less likely be yours. Always check your blind spot before filtering and check back before moving off and never fiddle with your phone especially on a busy road or expressways. Last but not least get sufficient rest the night before.

Here's also wishing all members short trips high fares b2b pings and safe driving all year around. Huat ar!

For Grab CR calculation, it should be total accepted pings (TP) as opposed to total pings. Those pings you do not accept are not taken into the calculation of CR.

For example, if you received a total of 20 pings, but only accepted 18 of them. You rejected 1 after accepting. The CR will be 1/18*100 or 5.56%.

lol new member comes on and posts a company line schedule to generate excitement over optimistic earning forecasts.. looks like uber/grab are having problems getting drivers with the new laws coming in soon..

your figures look nice but they all have an assumption that everything goes to plan perfectly. unfortunately everyone knows the reality is not like this and earnings are a lot lower

This is TS regimental working style or else when you have no bosses to answer, everyday can be a huge laze. Sticking to the timetable doggedly - day in day out - is another story, though.

As mentioned elsewhere in this forum, every driver works differently and each may not see eye-to-eye what the other thinks is fit.

We may reference the information and modify accordingly to own needs.

when one doing this full time, there must be a routine or some sort hence the schedule... after all the schedule is just a guideline, i'm sure TS might have change of plans at certain period of times causing to stray away from schedule.
