How low can you get before looking for another job. Is there an auto fire algorithm at goober. I've dropped drastically since the new program started. Can you get to 10% and keep your contract with goober, I say contract because they are not considered employers. I don't think there's anything in the contract that says you have to hold a certain rate to keep your contract in order.

You will not get deactivated for low AR. You might get deactivated for high CR, but Uber doesn't state exactly what number would put you at risk. I'm currently at 25% CR in Chicago. I've seen in some other cities' forums that a driver will sometimes get a warning about high CR... something about how it puts the driver in the top 5% of their market for cancellations. So I think the limit is variable, market-specific, and you'll probably get a warning first so you can work on bringing it down.

AR, I suspect never matters as it doesn’t directly affect riders.
CR screws riders a lot more, specially if you cancel several minutes into the pickup. That’s just bad service. Though if you are otherwise a good driver with a high rating I don’t see the incentive to boot you.
