My app updated Saturday morning and every time I try to open it, it crashes on the loading screen with the logo. I've restarted my phone repeatedly, re-installed the app and contacted Uber resulting in a bunch of automated and ultimately useless, uninformed suggestions.

It's been 4 days now and Uber has stopped communicating with me and I'm going broke since Uber is my main source of income...

Only way to fix it is for you to do a reset of ur phone. Just save all ur numbers. Then reinstall from playstore. U should be okay after that. I had intermittent problems for 2 months, not 4 days. The reset fixed it.
