Any ratings you gave were meaningless because no one could see them except Uber, and Uber/LYFT doesn't give a shit what the drivers think. My app never allowed me to rate customers but again, it didn't matter because other drivers wouldn't have been able to see them anyway.
I don't do UberEats or Uber at all....but I concur with this. On Lyft, whenever you sign OFF, a rating box will pop up. In the beginning, I would make sure to rate 1 STAR every time....because of.....well, Lyft being Lyft. :rolleyes: Then after almost a WHOLE YEAR, of rating LYFT ONE STAR EVERY SINGLE TIME....I realized I NEVER was questioned or 'surveyed' about WHY I was giving these ONE STAR RATINGS.
So, it's just a way these companies give you to 'VENT' without actually doing anything to fix the problems. Now, I just close out the box and don't bother rating them. What's the point? :dunno:
