Saw it in the news.
Traffic on 1-10 and several hwys connecting near it..around campbell rd.

Traffic was horribly bad cause of it and also road work. Ugh.

I was terribly lucky. I had been working over there near hwy6 and i-10 but managed to get back to myside of town before that happened.

Wouldve made some great viral video for the webcam and youtube

Just wondering if it ruined anyones day? Hope not.

I'm not sure there was any "design" involved. A lot of heavy drinking, but no design. How else can the Westpark Tollroad be explained?
