Not sure if it’s the Uber app or my phone, but I couldn’t chose some of the reason for canceling options, like more options, pick up not worth it. I was trying to get to the “none of these” option but I couldn’t. But it’d let me hit the “not safe to pick up” so “not safe to pick up” it was.

Yep the other day I couldn't select any of the options. The screen and app worked just fine until I went to no show a passenger. All of a sudden, once the screen popped up to select your option as to why you're canceling, the "touch feature" stopped working.
