Did the rides...didn't get the bonus. Asked support 8 times got 8 canned, albeit different answers every time.

Demanded to speak to an English speaking person from the civilized world.

Didn't happen....

It is so incredibly demoralizing to work for this company.

First, make sure all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. Double-check the fine print of any email they may have sent you (i.e. that 30th ride may have been a pick-up from the Forum and was outside the Core). Also make sure you did not spend one minute more than 20 hours for the 30 rides. (i.e. it took you 20 hours and 5 minutes to complete 30 rides - or - you completed 30 rides in less than 20 hours, but you stayed online for 21 hours, only completed 31 trips, and your average dropped below 1.5 per hour.)

Yes, Uber is that particular...

That said, if everything is in order, then hammer them every day with an email. Put in the Subject Line: "Manager Review - Missing Hourly Incentive". The next day start counting the requests ("Manager Review - Missing Hourly Incentive (Second Request)").

Eventually you will get the money.

Might do you some good to include screen shots of the correspondence you've had with them.

I gotta be honest, the demand to talk to an English speaking person from the civilized world is a little off putting. Especially to a CSR who believe it or not speaks perfect English as they are from a country where English is spoken as a first language. Don't be fooled by the sing song accent that puts me to sleep every time, they speak English just fine.

It took me a month of back and forth emails and two Westwood office visits to get what was due to me

Hopefully more and more lurkers will read this stuff on the forum, and realize they're not "terminally unique" when it comes to this kind os BS. Drivers shouldn't have to be this persistant, but it comes to show you what uber/lyft try to get away with.

i also did my 30 rides didnt get my $150 bonus, sent email and they want a screenshot of the email that says i would get it, but i didnt receive an email just said it in the app, but now there is no way to prove it beacuse i didnt take a screeshot...&%[email protected]!*ing ey..
Asks someone in the forum to post the screen shot, and then send it to them.

Well they sure don't respond like they can read or write English.

I got a screen shot....and also their first reply. Which speaks volumes about this company....English or not ;-)

As you can see in the email, I included the screenshot and what was wrong in the email. Their first response? Please include a screenshot and tell me whats wrong.... well if you read the email you would get those two.

Also the bonus, screenshot. Hope it helps, let me know how it goes. Cause I aint getting anything out of them.

Just wonder, does all your pick up start from Core LA? Last time I received this promotion, the email stated all trip must start in Core LA (although it doesn't say so in the app).
