I picked up two young ladies at the airport yesterday afternoon, their destination was the Walmart at 36th Str and Thomas. When they got in the car, they asked if Uber drivers would go "far out of the city". I learned that they were volunteering at the FORM music festival this weekend at Arcosanti, about 70 miles north on I-17 and had decided to take Uber as the cost would be about the same as a shuttle service. They wanted to go to Walmart first and pick up a few things, then call another Uber. I would have taken them, but had other things going on with the family last night.

I have driven someone there but not for the music festival. I would be surprised if a shuttle service even stops there, but maybe. It is some kind of a hippie commune near the Cordes junction turn off, but you have to take a pretty rough dirt road to get back in there.

All but 1 of my rides from grocery stores have been more than minimum fare. So now I park, wait 5 min and collect the no show fee.

I require 60+ minute XL fare for Walmart, cry’s, Winco and so on. Oh yeah, she has to be hot and attending the Helen Keller school
