Go bank is a separate company that is not affiliated with uber.

I hate to ever defend uber but issues with instant pay and go bank are not uber's fault. My instant pay go through, well instantly. I transfer, then refresh the browser with my bank balance and it's there. Not once has there been an issue, holidays, Sundays... doesn't matter.

Some financial institutions there is a wait placed on the transfer, this is the bank not uber

I am wondering more about the monthly or annual fee, can it be used as an ATM card to draw money ETc
