Apparently Uber won't display passenger ratings to Drivers in Chicago due to local ordinance (their email attached). I'm still trying to find in Chicago's ordinance or published Transportation Network Provider rules where this is spelled out. Is this happening in any other cities?
Some updated background on this: Chicago TNP ordinance required that riders be presented with opt-out option to not be rated by drivers. Uber's solution appears to be still require us to rate all riders but just not show us their ratings.
