Now tell me what's the difference between Wednesday and Tuesday ???? Nada !

Yes today uber decided to barely and rarely have any surge on !!
It's the same people that needs rides , the same hours ... But yok.. No surge


I bet u all its ubers way to gain back the flood of riders diverting to Lyft since they have this 50 percent off any ride this week

And who is suffering ?? us the drivers !!!

You only have 2 options... drive with more hours and hustle more. Or quit and find another gig.
Complaining won't change anything bcos Uber & Lyft are blind & deaf to drivers.

Lol its almost always slow on Wednesdays. From what I've seen surge is based upon demand and cars available. If the demand isn't there but the cars are you get nothing. If there is demand and lots of cars you get request. If there is high demand and not many cars you get surge. Seems simple.

Since Lyft started the 50% promo, my last week earnings didn't change much compared to my average weekly.
And for this week, i still managed to hit my daily target since monday.
You just need to work hard or change your strategy.

yesterday hockey at staples, concert at sports arena, lucked into 2 $50 plus fares. one 2.2, one 2.4. find events, but some suck to pick up from.
