Yes, you can rent someone else's mule for a day instead of beating your own. This kind of stuff is what I'd like to call "experimental industry." Does it abide by the local, state, and federal laws? Who knows! Are you covered if someone hits you, a pax is injured, and lawyers are at your door? Who knows!
It's sure to be an exciting ride when you get tangled up in the legal mess of being solely liable while borrowing someone else's car from a hook-up website!
