So apparently Uber "employees" get an annual bonus every year.

These are the same people who sit behind the desk or possibly even work from home while we're out there risking tickets, our sanity, and even our lives to make a dollar. We use/depreciate our own cars, work for minimum wage, pay our own insurance, and have no guarantees that our account will be active the next morning.

It just hit me, why am I letting Uber treat me like the ugly red head step child?

Uber used to be fun, now I'm miserable every time I even think about driving.

So apparently Uber "employees" get an annual bonus every year.

If bonuses are based on company performance then it's going to be funny to watch 20,000 employees worldwide paying the $3 billion that Uber lost in '16 as their bonus.

Drivers are Uber's customers really. They provide a platform and a network that we can access to find riders and make money. How their actual employees work and get paid is non of drivers' business, it has nothing to do with us and what we do.
