I got a letter from tlc in the mail this evening about a woman who accused me of overtaking her without giving enough distance which resulted to collision between my car and her's....She also said i gave her a middle finger after the incident.....All the allegations are baseless and far from the truth.
I remember the incident on long island/midtown tunnel express way coming from college point arear....There was a traffic,i was on my lane heading toward midtown tunnel/LI while she wanted to make a right turn to 108 street/Exit from the left lane(which was even wrong),she made attempt to bypass me from left lane to make the exit,but i stood my ground cos the left lane she was was not even a lawful lane cos it was marked with multiple white solid white lines which makes it illegal for her to even drive on them....She drove so close to me but i didn't give a damn but kept to my lane,she was furious, roll down her right window glass to abuse me but i didn't reply her,she eventually gave up and decided to wait for me to pass,i look into my mirror and saw her taking my the picture of my plate# and she reported me to tlc out of ego and wickedness.
Someone who claimed we had a collision ,with my plate number with her,didn't file any insurance claim against me till date,no evident of damage or injury.
This make it soo strange to me how wicked some people could be.....To make her case,she also accused me of giving her middle finger.....Isn't that funny.
Now tlc gives me an offer of pleading guilty,pay four hundred dollar fine with 2 points or face the judge to state my case with evidence....Though i don't have physical evidence but a have the full recollection of the incident.
My concern and where i need your help is:Wether to accept tlc offer and move on or go before judge...Do you think i stand a good chance?
