So i noticed my rating went down... It happenend last night.. One of my pax must have left trash in the backseat and grass on the floor. I at least picked up 5 pax after that cuz i noticed my rating for the day was 3.0 stars. I never had lower than that... I then checked the backseat and saw the trash and mess...
It took a minute to clean up but this def ruined my rating



I still have a overall 4.92 , but it was 4.95 before that incident

My guess is you got one rating, a 3-star by the A-hole who left the trash. Sounds like you have a limited number of ratings...one rating won't move your overall that much other wise. My overall rating only jumped .02 after 30 days at 4.96.

OR a 5-star and a 1-star by the A-hole who left the trash

1. You will notice if they left anything behind. You return it ASAP, you get an automatic 5 star rating.
2. If they left trash, you give them a 3 star or less. Clean it and you're next pax will rate you higher 'cause it's clean.

I'm starting to hand out 1 stars for jerks that leave trash in my car. I don't work for the Sanitation Department.

Also, check it just as pax leave since they often leave their cell phones, keys etc and it will save you from having to meet them the next day to return it.

I meant to post about this subject as well. Thanks for posting it. The other day, I picked up a pax who actually had dog shit on his shoe and got it on my back carpet (of course it was the X pax that took Select b/c he though Pool was renamed to Select.. idiot). Thank God I checked the backseat before picking up another pax. Always check the back seat once a rider gets out!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have asked for a cleaning fee, pax can be such assholes

This is why my back floor mats are upside down, and cheapie 99c store mate over those. Works great.
