I got a report on my Uber account for "altercation" under issues. I don't recall arguing with a single person. Is this something I can get more details on out of uber or will I get a canned response? Is this worth actually worrying about?

A previous passenger probably made something up to get a free ride.

Don't sweat it. Everybody gets bogus issues. They will disappear 500 rides later.

if Uber didn't contact you about it , then its not a serious issue NOW

however if a real one comes up,they can say its your 2nd time and deactivate you off the break

I'd email them about it but I doubt they'll give you any information on the incident,nor will they remove it. Thats just how Uber works. I have an inappropriate action on my report, which I know is false. Not much I can do about it
