Do NOT pick up from the airport under any circumstances. Uber will not cover the cost of your ticket. FOX2 just did a report about Uber pickups. You could be fined $500 for picking up at the airport. It is not worth the risk for the trip, and Uber will NOT cover your ticket.
TIPS FOR AIRPORT:
1) If you get a call asking for the airport pickup from a hotel request. Tell the Pax they need to come to you via hotel shuttle or they need to cancel the trip.
2) DO NOT cancel the trip yourself, again have the PAX do it. If you cancel the trip, you will lower your ratings. When the Pax does it, you don't get dinged.
3) When dropping of a Pax, ask if they are coming back to St. Louis and if they know how to get an Uber X. Educate the Pax that they have 2 options to request an Uber X. A) Hop a shuttle away from the Airport. OR B) Metro Link Train to North Hanley.
4) DO NOT TELL THEM TO DROP THE PIN AND CALL FOR AN AIRPORT PICKUP.
Remember you can drop off Paxes all day, just don't pick them up at the terminal.
