Both airports have a TNC lot where you can wait and then wait and then maybe wait or you can wait and then wait some more or you might just wanna wait after you've waited there forever.

Can someone explain how the airport (for IAH or Hobby) works? Got my airport permit today but I wasn't sure where I could go for pickups.
