Can someone explain how the airport (for IAH or Hobby) works? Got my airport permit today but I wasn't sure where I could go for pickups.

Most airport employees tip a few dollars, but its still annoying as heck.

I picked up one airport employee from IAH a few weeks back. I saw his uniform and his little backpack and I was like GOSH DARNIT! I was hoping I could sneak back into my car and cancel the trip but we already made eye contact. Anyways, turned out to be close to 25 miles.

What's really sad is that we take Mcdonald employees to work who claim they can not make enough to live, yet can afford a private car to get to work in.
