Please don't illegally park at the airport to get a ride ahead of everyone else! There's a couple people that seem to be doing this/ parking on neighboring streets and in private lots. Green Prius, silver Prius, beige jeep, all appear to be men in their 50-60's, and I know there are a couple more doing this. Park in the cell lot and try to let the drivers that are there first park in front of you! We don't have an airport queue here, so it's plain old bad manners to "jump the line!" Anyone else noticed this? It drivers me crazy!

What on earth makes you think you have a right to criticise or to tell others what to do? It's none of your business! I personally think that waiting( for more than 10 minutes), is a waste of time and waiting, with other drivers around, is STUPID, but its not my business. We are all independent contractors chasing pennies from a part time gig. Even if everyone followed your rules, you would still be making pennies. Accept Uber for what it is. 2 choices: A part time gig at your convenience only, or a desperate attempt to get by till you find a real job. There is no union & no seniority.

I'm not an idiot, thank you. I don't wait forever at the airport, but it is frustrating when you've been there 5 min waiting for a ride and see a couple other cars pop in, knowing they're illegally parked specifically to get rides first. It's the reason other airports don't allow uber, have queues and kick people out of queues for parking illegally, or make rides meet in really strange spots. It's really in everyone's best interest to play the game fairly!

Most of the time it is not worth waiting there anyway. I don't even bother. There is not enough volume to make it worthwhile and it doesn't surge. There could be 10 cars there waiting for the 2 people that will use Uber that just got off a flight. If I am by the airport and happen to get a ping so be it but I don't purposely try there. Also sometimes a driver gets lucky and drops someone off and will beat you out because they get another ping there right away.
