1. Does my address need to be listed in San Diego county for me to get pickup requests from the airport?

2. If you are in the fifo zone waiting for an airport pickup and you get a request that isn't at the airport do you just pass on it? I've been in the fifo zone a lot and I have never had to wait long for a request but they are never at the airport.

If you are getting any fares at all then you should also get Airport Fares...I have been told by Uber Support that if I accept and then cancel the non airport fare I will not be kicked out of FIFO...I do NOT believe this from my experience. I accept all calls unless I am looking for that last ride of the day that takes me home. I always log off and then go back on after I ignore or accept and cancel the non-airport just to be safe. Time to receive Airport pickups are extending especially during prime airline arrivals times of 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Yesterday I had to wait 27 minutes for first one and 25 minutes for second. I can tell you it was not worth the wait...both were only going to downtown hotels coming in for a convention!!! I live in North County and was trying to get someone to pay my way home...drove home empty again after investing 1.5 hours at Airport! My total net from this 1.5 hours was only $21.
