That stated, do understand that the Airport Police will write summonses that they know are bad. The driver who receives a summons must show up to court, which means that he wastes half a day, at least, and likely will receive a parking summons in Alexandria, where you go to fight them. The Police just does not show up.

There's a LOT for TNC drivers. You're even allow to leave your vehicle parked there while you attend to your personal needs (bathroom breaks) up to 15 minutes. There's no need to be parking in that small Cell Phone lot area.

i almost got a $500 ticket at regan on memorial day. Literally begged my way out of it. But getting pulled over lately a bit too much. for a tag light in silver spring. was told im blocking a bike lane in clarendon on a sat night. was told to move my car in NE. dont know if its uber or just bad luck or what but getting pulled over too much lately.

It is not just the WMAA Police that has a "new toy", it is police and sheriff deputies everywhere as well as the D.C. Harassmen-ER-uh-HACK Inspector that has a "new toy": TNC drivers.

I drive both a cab and UberX. Not too many bother me in the cab, anymore. I have all sorts of "enforcement personnel" who bother me in the UberX car all the time.

You are an easy target.
