So far I haven't bothered. One guy told me he waited two hours for a booking to come through. I assumed their would be build up demand for UberX services at Sydney airport.

Can anyone give some real life experiences? Not hearsay.

Best time is 15mins. Worst is 1h45m.
Usually most trips are 15 to 22 Dollars.
There is always 8 cars on the app shown, its a question uber has to answer, why are we not shown the real nimber od frivers at the airport?.
Thanks..........the economics probably don't stack up at the moment but I will give it a go next time I drop off at the airport and am in need of a coffee or toilet break.
Ok I tried the airport twice today. Each time a complete waste of my time. 30 minutes wait and still nothing. I wont bother with it anymore for the time being.
1 in 3 chance of getting a passenger at international without having to wait. So far has never happened to me at Domestic, Perhaps there are more Uber drivers are hanging around domestic.
I dont think I'm ever going to or least pick up someone from the airpot because its not worth the effort.
My first and last time I decided to pick up someone from the domestic was nightmare. It took me 35 mins to get to the pick up zone and
the guy ony went up to Redfern redfern st so not worth the effort and this was like sat night.
Might be better once we get a designated pick-up zone but we will have to pay for it.
When I am waiting at airport I ignore ping from outside of the airport. I am wondering if this will be a problem? Someone fill me in pls
Interesting question. Uber says you lose your place in the queue when you ignore a job offer. Do they mean any job offer or only an airport pickup?
