I was waiting near MSP yesterday and had another driver try to convince me that acceptance ratings are used by Uber to assign rides to drivers. He claimed that when in the que the highest acceptance rating will jump ahead in line in front of those with lower ratings. He actually said he would rather accept and cancel rather than not accept. Do you think he's confused or just trying to confuse me?

LOL....if that is what he thinks let him do that. He will find himself deactivated. Uber can't deactivate you for low acceptance rate but they can deactivate you for high cancel rate. Do NOT listen to that advice if you want to continue with UBER.
