How much u wanna bet stupid bubers will line up for this ish...Tesla bro easy money bro.
Tesla model3 is one of the best cars to Uber with

$8 of electrons for 500kms range
No maintenance no oil change no brake pads etc
Not to mention 4.4 0-100kmph smokes any gas car

If money not a issue it only makes sense to go EV

Oh yes of course Tesla would be the way to go 💯. But the hefty rental fee of $500 per week hell naw....

@ 500 a week I'd be only keeping the money spent on gas.

Point proven...

😍 I was really starting to think common sense ain't so common ..note the fine print not including tax and fees ...
If uber really wanted they could give a generous or atleast somewhat decent discount for this rental but nope they want to pocket some $$ for them . And there is always slaves lined up me first??!?!.

Currently driving about 30 hours a week in Chicago, I spend about $120/week on gas. And I don't even drive a hybrid. So obviously $500 CAD/week ($385 USD/week) on a rental makes no sense at all.

And where the heck am I going to charge the thing? There are a couple of charging stations 1 mile from me... but how much does that suck to basically keep the car 1 mile from my house instead of in my driveway? And what if I get there to park it and all the ports are being used?

I still cannot get the Electric Vehicle Incentive $1/Ride thing to reactivate, after Uber mysteriously cut me off in February. Hilarious months of texting in the help interface back and forth, back and forth. I refuse to call in to the help phone because that would be a waste of my time.

I was cut off as well, help did not help, but visit to green hub did. They call it “ev endorsement on account”, try to ask for that.

The only way this makes sense is if you are in some incredibly high insurance bracket. If that's the case, driving may not be a good job for you
And if it is full moon, then it makes total sense to do it…. Oh and if you also soliciting petitions, then also makes senses… along with any latte deliveries.
