If you do afternoon or night shifts than its possible but u need to do crazy hours from 72 to 84 hours.

Get a skill. Get paid appropriately for that skill.
Driving minicabs is not a skilled profession. It is an industry for lazy, unskilled people who do not want to cook or clean for a living.
£300 for 80hrs "work" in a minicab is an absolute dream for many people, when faced with the shitty alternatives.
You can only save yourself....
