This is what I had on my email and it says:

Hi Jeremy,

We were notified of a situation that may have occurred on a recent trip.

We have placed a hold on your account while we collect more information and investigate this matter further.

A member of our team will reach out to you regarding the status of your account.

think about the recent riders.. anyone that might have complained? My biggest worry was being blamed for something I didn't do. So much so I turned the dash cam IN to the car.

It's obvious somebody filed a complaint against you. This is when a medium of providing evidence such as a dash/window cam comes in handy.

I would expect them to at least give you a chance to tell your side of this predicament so tell them the truth of what happened during that trip and provide everything they may need to know.

I've done something that was worth reporting but I didn't hear anything about it.

4 girls were getting into my car escorted by an older woman a lot of doors closed I put my car in gear and the car moved forward a couple of inches. Not all the passengers were in the escort was talking to one of the girls. That was like back in July it should have come up then

So this just HAPPEND to me, they won't tell me what was reported. Was probably a passive aggressive loser who was mad about surge pricing, did this ever get resolved for you?
