Unless the passenger wants something illegal it's better to just do it.

If they do want something illegal then you're best off throwng them out of the car.

It sucks you got falsely accused, but this is the passenger and you have to just deal with. In the future if they want you to take a certain entrance just do it, if the drop off is relativly close to what the app says just do it, don't even question it.

It's very common for shopping centers to have "1 address" and 40 "suites" and you just take the customer to the suite/aka storefront they want.

Uber had benched me and said my account is on hold for up to 48 hours while they 'investigate'. Also I cannot cash out my earnings. Screw uber. With a GD cactus.
That made me laugh.

"Low rent salad tossers" are more trouble than they're worth, as are ghetto drops. Closing time swagger hags. Bumbling booze boyz. Women with "the Karen cut." The "[whatever] Pride Ferry." Someone will take them, but it won't be me.

Do you keep a dashcam in your car? I ask because I've dealt with false dui accusations several times, and since I installed a dashcam I have only had to deal with one. I also put a big sign in the car saying that I will respond to all accusations that are reported agianst me by sending Uber the footage. Seems to work so far into scaring sleazy passengers into not doing false DUI reports
I think it's a good idea to use a dashcam. Of course, it wouldn't disprove that you weren't drunk. It would, however, shed light on a passengers unruly behavior.
In this situation, I think it would be best to try to get a breathalyzer and a police report from the first police officer you can find, or at the police station, as soon as Uber suspends your account, because this would prove you weren't drinking. Of course, this would be a moot point if Uber suspends your account a day after the incident.
