I received a notice from UBER that my account was on hold. This is the email I received:

We are investigating a report from a rider of an incident that may have occurred while you were not accessing the Uber app. Your account has been placed on hold while we look into this report.

Please note that this investigation can only be completed by a member of our Incident Response Team and cannot be handled at a Greenlight Hub location.

Thank you for your patience while we look into this matter. You should expect to hear from a member of our team soon.


I emailed them a couple of times and they said to be patient. Any suggestions?

Go to greenlight hub.
It will step things up.

No comment on your post but your picture is certainly way out there. But, that's just my opinion. Others might like it.

Did you impersonate as a Uber Driver while the app was off and tried to do a cash ride ? Looks like you undercut Uber and they are not happy about it.

That is not what happened but if that is the case why would the rider complain he is saving money and two uber has a zero tolerance policy why not deactivate me why put me on hold for a month. No one on this site has been put on hold that long.
