Am I the only one who's unable to access my Uber partner account using a home "COMPUTER"?

I email Uber support and after a couple of generic answers, I was informed that there was a problem with the server.
Nevertheless, I was able to connect a couple of hours later.

It took them a while but it looks like the corrected the problem.
